Cancellation / Refund / Change
- You may wish to cancel your reservation for any reason or request a date change.
- If we have availability on the dates you wish to change to, we will be happy to assist you.
- Cancellation or change requests must be notified 15 days prior to the check-in date.
- For cancellations or reservation changes made 14 days or less before the accommodation date, the reservation deposit (down payment) will not be refunded.
- SUITE VILLA: 2 ADULTS + 1 CHILD
- VIP VILLA: 4 ADULTS
- SUITE VILLA WITH SAUNA: 2 ADULTS + 1 CHILD
- DUPLEX VILLA WITH JACUZZI: ACCOMMODATES 4 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN
Prices indicated;
- 4 adults and 2 children (maximum 6 persons) in Duplex Thermal Villas,
- 2 adults and 1 child (maximum 3 persons) in Suite Villas
- The rental price includes VAT and accommodation tax per night.
- No extra charges are applied for electricity, water, heating, wireless internet, thermal water usage, weekly cleaning, or linen change upon guest arrival/departure.
- A minimum stay of 4 nights is required during official and school holiday periods.
