Are my credit card details stored in your system?

No, your credit card details are absolutely not stored in our system. During the transaction, your details are requested online from the bank, and upon the bank’s approval, your credit card details are removed from the system.

How is a transaction made from my credit card?

After you have completed the form and authorised the payment, the system connects to the bank online and carries out the transaction in accordance with your creditworthiness following a security check. Your details are not stored anywhere during this process. The transaction is carried out and completed online.

How does online booking benefit me?

Online booking offers you different discounts and/or instalment options depending on your payment method. These benefits are only available for online bookings made via the internet.

What should I do to change the date of my online booking?

To change the date of your online booking, you must contact the reservations department of the establishment where you made your booking. The relevant departments’ telephone numbers and email addresses are specified in the accommodation contract.

How can I cancel my online booking?

To cancel your online booking, you must contact the reservations department of the establishment where you made your booking. The relevant departments’ telephone numbers and email addresses are specified in the accommodation contract.

If I cancel my online booking, can I get my money back?

Should you cancel your online booking, as stated in the accommodation contract, the full amount will be refunded for cancellations made up to 10 days prior to the guest’s arrival date at the property. For cancellations made between 5 and 10 days prior to arrival, 65% of the amount will be refunded to the guest. No refund will be issued if the cancellation is made 5 days or less prior to the guest’s arrival date at the property.

Where is the refund made in case of cancellation or changes?

The refund is credited back to the card used by the guest for payment.

If I pay upon arrival at the hotel or by bank transfer, can I still benefit from the discounts and/or instalment advantages of the online booking system?

The aforementioned discounts and/or instalment options are only valid for online bookings made via the internet and cannot be used with other payment options.

Do I need to confirm my online booking?

You do not need to confirm your online booking. Once your booking has been made, your booking voucher will be sent to the email address you provided, and you will find all the details of your booking on this voucher.

Will I receive a document after making my online booking?

Yes, once your transaction is complete, an information message will be sent to the email address you provided when filling in your details, along with your booking voucher attached.

What should I do with the booking voucher sent to me after making my online booking?

Printing out the voucher sent to you and bringing it with you when you arrive at the facility will ensure that your check-in procedures are completed more quickly.

I have made my online booking. What should I bring with me when I arrive?

After making your online reservation, when you arrive at the accommodation, you must bring the credit card used to make the reservation, the identity cards of all guests staying, and, if possible, your reservation voucher.

Can I make an online booking for someone else using my own credit card?

For credit card security reasons, the system does not accept reservations made in someone else’s name. Furthermore, as you are required to present the credit card used for the reservation to the receptionist upon check-in, this option is not possible.
